If you haven’t been here or if you have it’s worth coming to have a look around the amazing gardens. So much colour and care has gone in to them. As well as so much character within the buildings. Many people come not just to say good bye but to enjoy the life of the gardens that surround the buildings.

This crematorium dealt with my Mothers funeral last October. Dad's 30 years ago.I have visited several times since then. Always found grounds kept immaculate.Staff friendly. But want to give a special mention to Jacqueline Clarke. This lady helped me when I ordered flower vase and putting Mom's details in the Book of Remembrance.Obviously this is all new to me but Jacqueline dealt with my requests with the utmost care and understanding. It gives me a peace of mind to know that both Mom and Dad's remains were cared for professionally and with kindness.Thank you.

I recently attended the service of a loved one and the service provided by the staff was second to none. A top drawer experience from start to finish.

Birmingham Crem is a beautiful old building steeped with history . It’s completely accessible and there is parking too. I have sadly had to use the crem for the service for my father . The staff have gone above and beyond . We had a number of disability needs including hearing and it was all sorted as well as webcast. We didn’t feel rushed and for those moments in time, it stood still ,to enable us to truly celebrate my father’s life . The grounds are well kept and staff are on hand if there is a query. I have visited a few crem’s and this has to be the nicest . Due to history, brightness, well kept and lovely staff .

I went to my very first Furneral on Thursday 12 September 2019 and it was very upsetting for me. I miss my auntie so much. I think of her every day. She was a wonderful lady

A very pleasant place to go considering it's purpose. The grounds are very well maintained all year round. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant no matter what. Very well run by Alexis who manages with great care to all. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
