Pets at Home Stafford

Went to have our dogs booster done at vets there. Staff friendly, vet efficient, no worries. Shop staff excellent, especially gentleman who helped us with our questions about thermometer for fish tank.

was really upset this evening leaving pets at home.Each store we've been in today we've brought our 4 month puppy inside and upon parking outside pets at home my partner accidentally took a spot off a guy who was a skin head and his bigger blonde lady in a grey car, I waved a sorry. My puppy has had over her 25 minute walk time and I only needed one single item for my ragoll, I was in for 2 minutes. My dog has a cooling mat in the car and her cooling bandana on as well as every window open, I kissed her goodbye. I was looking out for her by leaving her knowing we were only a moment in store and the couple literally complained about us being inside without her saying she was trapped" in our car. Staff come upto us saying " its our duty of car to tell you" As we came back to the car they were scuffing and I'm on the spectrum so that's really quite upsetting for me.There is a trail of evidence of people who have met precious Evie inside their establishments.Please be vigilant yes of dogs trapped in cars but check to see what aids are in place

Warehouse full of mousse, a horrible place to work...no PPE ...the managers if you report something they will come after you..I feel sorry people buying pets food from an warehouse full off rats.Very rude colleagues...I just quit..I never seen warehouse full off rats and I was working all my life in food business...

Staff were very helpful and friendly a pleasure to visit.

My fur babies love this place ❤️ it's their happy shopping place , plenty to see and buy and usually we come out fully loaded.

Just preparing for the arrival of our new puppy, and have to say we found lovely bedding and a strong crate - all very reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful too. Will definitely be returning.

Very helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. They are have breed knowledge, that is helpful if you have a new pet.

Went in to get some guinea pigs for my daughter and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.They were chatty, friendly, very knowledgeable and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure.We now have 2 guinea pigs that we adopted and a very happy 6 yr old.Thanks ladies, you were great!!
