They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly with absolutely no pressure to buy.I got to test drive my new scooter before buying and nothing was too much trouble for them.I have since had extra bits for it and again recieved the highest customer service you could ask for.Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer in the future.Thank you x

I recently purchased a Luggie Elite. I wanted to inspect the scooter before I bought it, so an inspection was arranged. I was met by Philip who made me very welcome. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough demonstration and answered all my questions. I then had a test drive, at no time was I put under any pressure to purchase. We completed the deal. I wish all transactions were as comfortable as this.I wanted an off board charger for the Luggie and this was arranged within a week.This is a company which prides itself on its customer care.

My parents wanted a scooter that was easier to lift in and out the car, and I found Bootsccota on eBay, and from the first point of contact the service has been excellent. Graham brought a couple of scooters for my mum to test drive, then he went through how to fold/unfold/lift the scooter with my dad. They encountered a small problem with the battery which Graham rectified straight away. Cannot fault the service we have received and would highly recommend them!! 5 stars isn't enough!!

When you are dealing on the internet you can never be too careful, it can be a great worry. It is human nature to be suspicious. A disability scooter is not a cheap item, it is a big slice out of your savings but I need not have concerned myself at all.Graham fulfilled his every promise and sight of the scooter was exactly as he said it would be when we spoke on the telephone. He explained it's workings in detail, showed me all I needed know and finally transported it to the boot of my car for me, as he promised he would, as I am disabled. It goes like a dream.Here is a company you can feel very confident to deal with, where courtesy, honestly, friendliness and expertise is their watchword.Thanks Graham, very much appreciated.

I already have a scooter, but wanted something that folded and was easy for travel. we found Bootscoota and are very pleased we did. I received my used Luggie last weekend and had a demo and test drive. it fits perfectly, and I am looking forward to many travels with my Luggie. Graham is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I received my used Luggie in immaculate condition, delivered free to my door within 5 days of order.The service received from Graham and his delivery driver Martin has been superb throughout. They are friendly, knowledgeable and offer a very personal and comprehensive service.The Luggie itself is a fantastic scooter and, although I've only been using it for just over a week, I can already see it is going to make a massive difference to my life. It looks and rides like a brand new machine but at half the cost.I am delighted with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending Bootscoota to anyone looking for a used mobility scooter. Recently I bought two new Monarch Smartis from Bootscoota. I choose to buy from them because of their friendly but professional service. Graham was very helpful. He sourced the scooters we wanted to purchase and delivered them to our home offering a very person service and demonstrating the scooters several times so we were fully aware of everthing we needed to know to operate. Graham travels around to offer this one to one delivery service and is always at the end of the telephone to answer any queries that arise. I would have no hesitation in recommending Graham and Bootscoota to any potential scooter buyer.Part 2In September whilst in Spain we had an issue with our scooters which could have left us rather vulnerable. I rang Graham and he was brilliant sorted it out for us as indeed were Monarch. Both made sure we were okay and were able to continue our holidays with the stress taken away. So grateful to them.
