Second time in a matter of months I have been here and will be back again in April for my MOT. Great, honest, reliable service.

Horrible customer service. Had my car for more than a week and didn’t seem interested. They promised me they would keep me updated but I was always the one who had to contact them. ‘Did the job without giving me an estimate after they promised me they would before they did any work. Very over priced and poor quality of service. Even when I received the car back they had done damage to the inside of my car and told me to come back another day to get it fixed and even said I could be charged for it. Didn’t even get an apology. ‘Definitely would not recommend!

Great local and independent long established garage.Just had some motoring problems that resulted in roadside recovery of my aged but much loved motor. I elected to have my car towed to Dudlow Motors as the fault could not be fixed at the roadside... and I was really glad I did.Even though the garage was very busy they dealt with my repairs quickly and courteously explaining the likelihood of the cause of the fault and the various options and costs for remedy that were open to me.I was kept well infored of how long repairs might take and of the costs and also when I could pick my car up and drive it away repairs completed.I have been using this garage for a long time and they have never let me down. Well trusted garage and mechanics... which is some statement in the motor trade.

Once again, fantastic customer service. Second time I have been to this garage and it is the second time that they have spent time looking at my car and then not charged me at all! This time, it was an issue with my new(ish) Hyundai. They diagnosed the problem and advised that I may still be covered by the warranty that comes with the car if I took it to Hyundai direct. It turn's out I was still covered and I ended up getting the work done for free under my warranty. Would have been all too easy for them to just do the work and not mention the warranty. They were also very accommodating and kept my car for 3 days until it could be picked up and taken to Hyundai. Thanks once again!
