I had neglected my teeth for some time and had written them off being beyond help. When I had one crack I felt I must seek dental help and I found The Smile Boutique. I had many decayed teeth and two cracked that needed extensive treatment. I was fortunate to have found Dr Fathima who from the very first consultation made me feel so welcome along with all staff. She laid out a dental plan for me and to say she performed magic on me is understated. What I thought was a lost cause has now brought literally a smile to my face, I was always hiding my smile and now I can show it to anyone and everyone. I would definitely recommend any treatment required at this boutique and Dr Fathima in particular. I also wanted to say a big thank you to the dental assistants who also provide a valuable service.

I visited a few dental practices and so far the Smile Boutique has been the best. Dr Johns is my regular dentist. The atmosphere is so relaxed, I actually enjoy my appointments. My hygienist - Miss Dow - helped me make great progress with my sensitive teeth without any pain and explaining everything so patiently. Dr Sharma placed a dental implant for me that made me want to smile again and looks like it was always there! I really appreciate the care, professional approach and taking time to explain every step of the process and answering all the questions.The lovely ladies at the reception and great team of dental nurses also need to be mentioned!I trust my dentists and know I'm in good hands! Thank you!

I had my very first appointment for a filling with Fatima and was very nervous. I avoided dentist all my life but after today’s experience I don’t feel anxious anymore. She was very reassuring and I felt no pain at all. I am so glad I joined smile boutique and will definitely recommend them to my family & friends!

The hygienist is excellent although it is very difficult to get any appointment due to poor availability. Hygiene appointments for a 30 minute routine scale and polish is £83, and a routine examination with the dentist is £53 July 2023.Denplan seems to be a con. I get different answers from different members of staff, my dentist herself argued with me the whole of my initial appointment because I said I was interested in Denplan Care and she said it doesn't exist. I was charged £53 to receive this appointment, where I was given a treatment plan and told which category I would be in. But they are going to charge me £1142 for treatment before I'm allowed to enter into the plan. I also asked if I could get a different dentist because in that initial appointment, she was so rude. But I was told I would need a second initial appointment to do this. So I have been charged £53 to be told I will be charged £1142 so I will be allowed to pay £20.15 a month for Denplan essentials (10% off FUTURE treatment costs, 2 x hygienist appointments/year, 2 x dentist appointments/year). They also made me go in in person to fill out the denplan forms, they wouldn't do them online or via post. I thought I would be saving £30 a year, which isn't a lot, but actually just lost £53 and had 4 pointless trips to Peterborough for nothing. Just a massive waste of time and money. Don't do it

I had a fantastic appointment with Dr Fathima this afternoon. She made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away and constantly checked to see if I was ok during treatment. I was self conscious about stains on my two front teeth but after my treatment I feel confident to smile on my wedding day and absolutely love the results. Thank you so much couldn’t recommend enough!!

Had an extraction by Dr Putter excellentOral Surgeon wasn't painful at all extremely grateful for him getting that problem tooth out...was able to have the treatment the same day as the consultation which was a bonus...Was a competitive price as well but wasn't an issue with me as getting the tooth out was my main concern..Excellent looking surgery with own patient parking places highly recommended...

I would like to say a massive thank you to Dr Fatima for extracting my wisdom tooth and her team as well. Dr Fatima was so brilliant and professional she made me feel calm throughout the process. I have a fear of the injection as I had my baby tooth removed when I was a child and I was so worried but Dr Fatima did it so beautifully I didn’t feel the pain. I would highly recommend her .

I went to smile Boutique when I lost a tooth back on July.I was very scared and on my first appointment I meet Fathima who was lovely and really made me feel relaxed.After my first appointment it was made clear that I would need 7 teeth out and dentures.Throughout this whole experience fathima has made me feel so relaxed and she has completely changed my lifeI can't thank you enoughI also met Amy who has also helped me along the way
