Very good experience at the cigar lounge. Judy stopped here for a quick break. Philippe was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely recommend the place.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The hospitality and attention is truly second to none — and what you'd expect of such an iconic venue.

Apparently women are not welcome here and you have to be over 60 years old to have a cigar here. I wanted to go smoke a cigar here with my wife, both under 30. Even though 4 tables were free and it was 6:45 p.m. (8 p.m. is closing time), we were rejected. We were dressed very elegantly. Apparently a mid-five-figure Rolex isn't enough to get a table here.

Phillipe was amazing at helping me pick out a cigar, and it was great! I will be back again next weekend to relax from exams and papers.

The service and the location itself is just amazing. Simone was very helpful and his advices were really appreciated. I am definitely coming back and everyone who wants to relax with a good cigar in a stylish location should go here as well. Loved the great picture of Churchill!

Had a great time in the Cigar lounge, service and cigar choice was excellent and drinks were really good. Overall had a very good evening and have very fond memories of the place.

Small selection of cigars, mostly cubans and quite expensive. However, the lounge is beautiful and they assist you in everything. It is also a restaurant, so you can order anything. The people es is very kind.Go there for a luxury experience and to see the hotel, if you just want to smoke choose somewhere else.

Mauro the maître d’ was phenomenal service, class act true gentleman from Sardinia Italy. Yes the cigars are way over priced but if you truly want to experience a brand new classic style of cigar Bar, that’s is styled from the classic era of the 1920’s go there and except the challenge.They have the classic cigars. You must buy one to sit in this place. I would go back even though it was a bit out of my price range. Buy hey you were at “The Ritz” Smoking a cigar. The real cigar room is down stairs and requires a membership I believe where Churchill himself dwelled. Wouldn’t that be great to visit in the late 1930’s ?Thank you Mauro for a wonderful time.

Cigars are great, even as a novice. The staff are very helpful and contribute to the experience a lot making it very enjoyable. Also a good place to relax and smoke a cigar while enjoying a drink.

A very welcoming lounge for Cigars lovers, place is well organized and looks very good. The lounge has a variety of Cuban Cigars selection but we ordered the Ritz Cigars which is their signature products, pricing acceptable service is exceptionally perfect as the staff are so polite and organized.Highly recommend for all cigar fans who visit London, this place is a must try.
