I went away on holiday just 9 weeks after having a total knee replacement. Oh dear! The flight, the heat, too much walking, I came home in agony. My knee was swollen, stiff and my IT Band wasn’t allowing for any movement. Thankfully Trudi worked her magic, eased the pain and brought some flexibility back to my knee which has allowed me to continue with my post op exercises.

Trudi is a hidden gem in Cupar. 2 weeks working on releasing scar tissue & what a massive difference. My body is straighter, skin smoother. I actually feel thinner too. Defo recommend.

After no real help from chiropractor or oesteopayh I tried Trudi. I am back to full happiness ie my neck is back to normal and woukd recommend her lovely care for anyone who is getting desperate and wants relief. SUSIE IMBER
