Just away from this place . 4 people just walked in no mask. No one to challenge them. Most heading to deli. Just don't feel safe

Usual spar@all things to all men!subway counter,hot deli counter, sandwiches,drinks,two coffee machines confectionery, groceries, newspapers,magazines and of course petrol/diesel.Fuel car,fuel passengers get on the road!

Post office always very friendly and helpful

I visited this store like a lot of mornings heading to work. Limited numbers are counted into the store, I have to wear a mask, no problem! Today I had to walk through a cloud of vape smoke straight from the lungs of one of the staff right next to the entrance, he stood there generating more smoke blowing it by the entrance the whole time I was in the store and was still there when I drove off. Either lack of consideration, ignorance or pure stupidity by the staff member putting customers at risk at this time! Where are the management?

Got food at the hot counter and whilst I was eating it I found hairs in it, made me sick!Hygiene should be reviewedTook food back in and told the girl who served me, all I got was 'ok' no apology nothing!Would never eat out of there ever again and I would urge any customers buying food to check it before they eat.

The toilets in such a new building are a disgrace. Disabled/child change toilet is out of action. The male/female had toilet paper all over the floor and a wet floor sign lying flat on the floor. Toilet paper holder empty and refills jammed between top of rusty radiator and the wall. Basin was dirty. Chunks out of the decor on the wall. Could do with a overhaul in this area. Store is generally well stocked for a busy store.*****Edit**** called here today 5/10/21 and pleased to report it looks like someone reads the reviews on here. Nice and clean and an effort to patch the wall lining that is coming away.******Edit******Over a year later from my last edit you want me to contact you relating to something that long ago...and this after me telling you an effort had been made to put the faults right. The mind boggles.

Woman was smoking sitting half in and half out of her white car on the forecourt flicking ash on the ground, advised staff of this so they could make a no smoking announcement, girl staff member with piercings told me she wasnt smoking at the pumps so it was probably ok. Clear health and safety issue for staff and visitors alike. Shocked that the staff member said it was ok. Incident took place today 29th sept. 2023 at 18:40
