Fence Right

Chose Fence Right to install my garden fence, it was very easy from start to finish, very easy to communicate with and fast reply's. If anything changes they check with you well in advance, they changed my date but asked me well before and I had no issues with this as it meant I got the fence up sooner than the date I was first given. I had Zach and Tom come to fit the fence which was a big job and the weather was awful but they arrived on time were very polite, professional and they tidied up after themselves. No complaints from me and the fence looks amazing so I am very happy. I will be recommending fence right going forward as I can not fault them at all. Thank you Fence Right Mansfield

I rang and left 2 x voice messages along with my phone number over 2 weeks ago. I also clicked on request a quote on the website but never heard a thing. I rang several other times too but no one ever picks up. Shame as I've had to go elsewhere but would have liked to compare quotes. Unfortunately you are losing business by not returning calls.HiIn reply to your reply. I'm confused.com as not sarcastic at all just stating a fact. You have lost business by not returning calls simple. Appreciate you are busy and obviously happy with you workload. That's absolutely fine. By the way you did reply to a message you deemed sarcy? Lol

Excellent service , communication and value . Kelvyn was great from the outset , came to quote when he said he would , 4 lads turned up and did an excellent job , clean and tidy and very polite and understanding to any questions we had , would definitely recommend and would have him to do more work when needed . Absolutely fantastic service received from initial contact to end result.Customer service and communication was second to non, and is clearly at the heart of the business.Kelvin came to give us a quote in January 2022. My husband said he was friendly, professional, non- pushy and gave us different options to choose from.A quote was sent through quicker than expected which was fantastic.The work was booked in within a month, again much quicker than expected.Zach and his colleague arrived when they said they would to carry out the work.Both young men were extremely friendly, polite and professional.They explained to my husband what they would be doing each day.The work (new fences to all four sides of the garden, and a new gate) was finished to the highest standard, with the boys soldiering on through the rain.Any mess was cleared away, with the garden being left as they found it.We're absolutely thrilled with the end result, professionalism, customer service, and price of the job.We honestly cannot recommend highly enough.Thanks guys.

I contacted these guys after reading their reviews and although it took a couple of day to get back to me, I'm glad I waited. They have been top drawer from start to finish. Great communication from start to finish. They turned up exactly when they said they would and did an absolutely fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with what the did. I didn't have the pleasure of spending any time with the guys but my wife assures me that they were all really nice and polite all day. I would recommend fence right every time for anything you need doing in the garden when it come to fencing. Thanks fellas, you have finished our garden of perfectly.
