Fantastic service from Neil Sullivans, ordered some type 1 on Monday and was delivered on Wednesday. John was very friendly and offloaded the bag exactly where we wanted it efficiently and quickly. Great customer service and will definitely order again. Thank you.

Brilliant service. We ordered few bulk bags of topsoil, sand and Type 1 and received our order the following day despite the fact that we ordered late in the evening. The driver was very helpful and kindly unloaded bags over a fence into our garden. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. Highly recommended.

Ripoff merchants. Same as others have said; ordered online stating that it has to go through a 10ft gate and then no communication until an 18t grab lorry showed up to deliver just 3t of topsoil... Then for the cherry on top the jokers cancelled it and wanted to charge me almost as much as the order cost for a cancellation fee.

Extremely unreliable.This company kept my builder and his workmen waiting around all day to deliver the concrete that was promised for midday, it eventually arrived very late in the afternoon as it started to get dark. I have had to incur the cost of a wasted day rate and now extra for the remedial works on the base that could not be made smooth on delivery due to the lateness and loss of light.I would not recommended due to the unreliability and lack of customer care .

I highly recommend Neill Sullivan & Sons!NS Concrete recently delivered 3t of topsoil to us, which is used to create a wildlife and therapy area adjacent to our Wilderness Foundation UK community allotment. We were extemely impressed with the competent and friendly customer service, the swift delivery with a 'no problem at all' approach to a not straight forward to access site.Delivery costs were omitted for us, as a charity, without even having to ask. Thanks you NS Concrete. We will use your service again for sure.

Ordered some bulk bags online and then did not need two of them. Emailed several company emails for refund and collection and no response. Called several times, dis-organised office. Collection did not happen on 2 days it was meant to, so bulk bags stuck on drive for 2 weeks. Finally collected and now still awaiting refund, been 2 weeks since collection. Having to call yet again.

I ordered 5 bulk bags online and provided my address, the order came through. On a due delivery date I called to check what time the bags would arrive. I was told that they couldn't deliver to my address and that they sent me an email about it which I never received. This has screwed all of my plans. Customer service person was quite rude.

The second time I have used Neil Sullivan and sons in two weeks - really fast and efficient delivery of fantastic quality top soil and 10mm shingle. Second delivery was only order late yesterday and arrived this morning. Lovely delivery driver John. Highly recommend this Company.
