The company is very helped me to get the impound insurance, Specially their staff they are very much helpful, especially Dawn Hilton she did the excellent service to me

I had a policy on an old car I'd bought, third party on a 2006 focus. I have points and poor credit, so I expected the policy to be high. £130 a month give or take...ok been driving for 7 years, never had any form of accident or claim. I come to change my policy to a different car and get quoted much higher, as the car is newer, a Hyundai i30 2014, but I've dropped points and improved my credit, so...I figured maybe it'll even itself out. Get quoted an additional £400.I figure, ok I'll see if I can get better elsewhere, which I did with One Sure, £130 a month fully comp every optional extra you can add on, all the bells an whistles. So I contact Peart to cancel my policy, expecting maybe about £100.Never got an actual figure because they have I think 2 staff that can do cancellations and I work, so I didn't get to actually speak to either, but I asked for a ballground figure...I hope you're sitting down....between £400 to £500 to cancel!!!!!!Are you having a laugh?! Do you want the car, my house, my kids too?So I call One Sure, bear in mind as I already mentioned the cancellation team at Peart is so small, and I have to work...I'm now in day 15 of my new policy, so the cooling off period is over. Still, One Sure manage to get it down to £94 to cancel. So who do you think I am forced to choose? Drum roll not necessary, I cancel One Sure...reluctantly.I call back to Peart to get my policy changed to the new car, and even though the guy I speak to is great and tried to get it down as much as he can....I am now paying £190 a month for the car that One Sure gave me more cover for, for £60 less a month! I've recommended One Sure to 3 people today.Lesson learnt, guess I won't be renewing my policy with Peart next year, unless I win the lottery. I also hope I never have to claim...cos I have zero faith in this company.This is the definiton of rock and hard place, if the hard place is covered in glass and poison.

Stay away! They rob you when it comes to cancel your insurance or need help. They would charge you for just calling them if they could. Do your own research and you'll get insured cheaper with the same company than they find, if you call directly the insurance company and avoid doing business through a broker!

Shocking. They sent an email I signed the renewal online, which I NEVER DID, and they managed to find my email address with that, but when my insurance ended, they cant find my email or postal address. Trying to get the insurance papers for 9!!!!! weeks now. Every single time the answer is the same. They say they record for training and monitoring purposes, but when you mentioned that you spoke to them before and what they promised on the phone, surprisingly they have no record. Well I do because this company is an absolute nightmare. “We will send it within 5 days…” that was middle of May. It in now end of June…..staff is sooo unhelpful. They sounded so miserable on the phone. No end of insurance confirmation received neither my no claim bonus. So unreliable. They only happy to help you until you are with the company and you pay them. Absolute shocking service.

I have just purchased annual travel insurance with Peart. I had originally gone online and purchased some, to be told after the fact, that if we left the EU without a deal my insurance would be affected because the company was based in the EU. Consequently I cancelled. I then contacted Peart and spoke to a real person, a real novelty these days! I expressed my concerns and I accepted cover from a UK based insurer. Peart may have cost slightly more but my peace of mind is priceless! I am now happy with my cover and happy with the great customer service I received.I wholeheartedly recommend Peart for all your insurance needs.And thank you Allan for your professional and courteous manner.

Dawn has been the greatest help. She made sure that all the information. I gave was correct. She was very patient with me during the whole process from the first day i rung to make enquiries. And when i finally purchase the policy she checked again and made sure all the information was correct. She is most patient a joy to speak with
