I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Benson For Beds, and I cannot rave enough about the amazing experience I had there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made the entire process of selecting a bed and mattress incredibly enjoyable.The customer service at this store is truly exceptional, and a significant part of my positive experience can be attributed to the wonderful assistant, Jade. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a genuine passion for helping me find the perfect bed and mattress to suit my needs. Jade took the time to listen to my preferences and patiently guided me through the various options available, ensuring that I felt confident in my final decision.What could have been an overwhelming task was made delightfully simple, thanks to Jade's expertise and friendly demeanor. Her dedication to providing top-notch customer service was evident throughout our interaction, and it truly made a lasting impression.I wholeheartedly recommend Benson For Beds to anyone in need of a new bed or mattress. Our bed was missing parts like the wheels and the bolts to secure the ottoman base together. The bed itself was not great quality. The two men who installed it was lovely and kept apolgising for the situation so I cannot fault them as it was out of their control. I have gone back to the Dundee Kingsway branch and spoken to the manager, Bobby who has apologised for the issues and has said he will resolve the issue of the missing parts. He has also advised us to speak to customer service and we are due compensation for the trouble. The staff that I have spoken to have all been helpful so far, but the fact that we have spent so much money on a bed, for it to turn up not correct is upsetting.*Edit *Since speaking to the manager of the Dundee branch, who promised to rectify the issue himself, it has been a month and we have not heard anything. I have had to phone numerous times, never getting an answer. I got through today and spoke to a member of staff who will be ordering the missing parts (that should have been ordered over a month ago) herself and will get back in contact with me today (30/6/22)

Amazing service instore, no hassle no pressure and left me to lie on mattresses as long as I needed. I have physical impairments so this was important. Delivery boys weee magnificent humphing a massive mattress upstairs on a roasting day, and all with a smile on their faces. Thankyou!

Helpful friendly staff with a good choice of bedroom furniture.

We went to have a look at a new bed, we had no real intention of buying just yet. Mainly we wanted to check out the style of beds on offer and firmness of their mattresses. Angus approached us after a few minutes, I really do appreciate a business where I’m not pounced upon as soon as I walk in the door.Anyway, Angus showed us endless combinations, had an answer to any question we asked (his product knowledge is outstanding) and asked us just the right number and type of questions. After dealing with Angus for forty mins my wife and I realised that he had just what we were looking for and at a very reasonable price.I cannot recommend Angus highly enough, I don’t know anything about Benson’s the business but I can vouch for Angus, he is the man you need to see if you’re in the market for a new bed.

Staff were very welcoming, without being pushy. Very informative , helped make our choice. Explained everything.

A great service with great delivery and product.

Fantastic service from show room to delivery. Had a slight issue with a part being broken internally phoned customer service who were extremely helpful and organised a replacement with no issue. Every member of staff I encountered were polite and friendly.

I was greeted by the manager whom listened to what I was looking for and by the end of my visit I had ordered my new mattress and base, got a great deal aswell I saved money going here rather than going to one of there competitors.

Went in to have a look around and was approached by a sale associate who was friendly at first until I told him twice we didn't need any help, to which he responded with a rude remark.
