An excellent job done by Joe on the selling of my home. From start to finish he was a great help for me and nothing was too much trouble for him. He managed everything including all of the viewings which was a great help and was efficient and effective in doing these. I would 100% recommend.

I enquired about a property to rent last Thursday and spoke to Joe, he was very nice on the phone to begin with and sent me out the application forms so after going over the forms it states are you happy to go ahead with a credit check and when I asked about the rental criteria credit check he turned into a very very unpleasant chap his response was “Being honest there are probably other applicants who are going to meet more of the Landlord’s criteria for this one (Doctor’s from Monklands Hospital).”Having looked further into this property the home the house is in a rundown area of Airdie not a 5* luxury home that it’s been claimed to be.As a successful business owner I am appalled at this response of who I am and what I earn when they know nothing about me.I would avoid this man and his estate agents like the plague.I’ve also just received an abusive and threatening phone call from this man after I posted this review stating that he was now going to leave a review on my business page - how professional.

Amarco Estates handle the rental of my property and have been helpful, professional and accessible throughout the process. I cannot recommend this service enough. Joe has been especially helpful at explaining the procedures and keeping me involved despite knowing nothing about the property world. A very affordable service for everything included.

It's amazing how much I have learned from one appointment with Amarco Estates.
