I came to Trailfinder for the great customer service that I've known for. But this is literally what happen, I sat down at the desk and the staff ( Craig) looked at me expecting me to open a conversation to tell him what I need. That 5 seconds of dead silence has almost made me walk out of the store. The only way I found out his name was from his name badge.I was there to purchase flight tickets. I wasn't even told the ticket that I paid for, whether it comes with luggage allowance or not. I need to ask for a print out of the itinerary and I need to confirm the date of travel myself.I wanted to look for some recommendation to an additional night of accommodation however, i was given one hotel suggestion. No reaching out or offering alternatives.I have taken the hint and not to ask further. The most unenthusiastic travel agent I've come across.Now i will find my own accommodation or going to a different branch.

I’ve been ringing the Leeds branch to have face to face and book a safari in next couple months but I can never get through. 4 times I’ve rung and just constantly on hold. Is this office shut down now? Is there another number to use.Don’t really want to use a company if they are incapable of answering a phone.

Loved, loved, loved our experience here. Finding where to go and having a bespoke holiday put together based on the collective knowledge of seasoned travellers was fantastic and beat the hell out of piecing together a holiday online. Definitely a must for the time poor adventurer.

Loretta was fantastic.Great knowledge, patient with me and I felt she was always trying to find me the best solution to my travel plans. When I called in to the Leeds site she remembered not only my name but my travels plans and dates, impressive. I can understand why Which rate them so highly. Thank you Loretta.
