Orderd a replacement flag hinge the new hinge came pre bent and unusable as the outer body is stuck on so can't even exchange spare parts to make it work.Up date to their credit they did get a new one out to me next working day free of charge.

Bought an item for next day delivery. I was told that the item had been dispatched. The gentleman over the phone even stated that he would send the tracking number after our conversation.I received no tracking number and when I called the next day they stated that they had not sent the item.Wasted my time and caused me to lose work i was left without a lock which I urgently needed the following day.Embarrassing service

Brilliant company to deal with, I needed some new window hinges and was able to source the very same make and model at a very reasonable price. I couldn't believe that they were at my door in less than 24hrs from ordering, I am 280 plus miles from Falkirk.

Amazing service. I called late on Friday to get help with the multipoint lock on my conservatory door. It was obviously too late for delivery on Monday so, drove to the shop today and they were so helpful. Instead of selling me a whole lock mechanism, they replaced the gearbox for me on the spot (at a fraction of the price). Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

i'm in Birkenhead i ordered a pair of window hinges on the 1st of March got them 3rd of March great service i thought they sent me 2 of the same hand got on phone right away they were willing to send me another one no ifs or buts but it was my fault not checking properly so rang back and told them they were very understanding and we had a little laugh at my expense lol thanks guys great service polite will have no qualms about using you again in the future highly recommended .

I had a broken front door flag hinge and was told by various people that Sealco were the guys to help - they absolutely were. While they didn't supply the brand I needed, Graeme identified what type the hinge was and sent me a link where I could buy it. Long story short, I fixed the door myself... but couldn't have done it without Sealco's help.And while I didn't buy anything this time, I'll definitely be back in the future. Great service, thanks again.

lock came out quick enough however once i realised they were just going to send me any old lock ( not the one i ordered ) i cancelled the order. However i still received the cancelled lock to which i`m still awaiting refund and confirmation of collection. Graham i was still talking to you when you cut me off just now so brush up on your customer service skills as for this you just earned your employer a 1* i would not recommend this company at all, rude staff and incompetent. No apologies from you but have a merry Christmas anyway !

I contacted Sealco when, after 17 years, my front door lock failed. I sent pictures and measurements and they came back to me within two days as it was an oldock.I ordered the lock on a Friday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The lock fittted perfectly and the door is back in operation.Saved me replacing the whole door.Great product and excellent service, I highly recommend them.
