Dry cleaning - looked as dirty as when we took it in and didn't smell like it had been cleaned. Not impressed and won't be using again

Can not recommend The Laundry Studio highly enough. After a fire in our house we needed a significant amount of washing and dry cleaning done. Not only were they professional and beyond helpful, but they were so friendly and reassuring. They turned round everything round so quickly and the results were amazing. Thank you so much!

Very expensive

I took my wife's new white jacket in to be dry-cleaned, it was only worn once and was over £240 to buy, she wanted it freshened up. I went back a week later and they said they had to do it again as it now had a black mark on the sleeve? This was a great concern. I went back 5 days later and picked it up. It now has a light gray mark that looks like a load of round dots approx 7mm across, maybe from an iron on the sleeve, plus a black mark on the back, so it's worse than when it went in. The jacket has also lost its stiffness, looks like it has been in a washing machine or had so much steam the material has been ruined. I won't take it back or ever go back again, this place should be shut down. Disgraceful.
