This shop is great , I had some keys cut and shoes healed , the shop assistance was lovely , polite well dressed and talk happily to me while he cut my keys , Shane his name was . Very professional, a credit to the company

Good service, not had keys cut for a while so was surprised at the cost now.

We had 2 mobile phones repaired and it was a easy and pleasant experience. The people who work there are skilled and very pleasant to deal with. They gave a true and honest estimate of time scale and the repairs were done to the highest standard possible, very impressive and highly recommended!

Went for 2 keys didn't work first time so took it back. In all 4(four) failed attempts to cut key. The chap who did it was really RUBBISH.When I went in for a refund he chucked what he was doing on to his work surface, very professional!!!Not my fault he can't do his job.This isn't the first time I've had a problem at TIMPSONS @ TESCO NEW OLLERTON.So I had 3 wasted trips in my car when it's a 6 mile round trip it mounts up.He didn't say sorry for not being able to do his Job.I'd give minus stars if I could.Unless you're very local AVOID!!!

Been into this Timpsons and few times to have watch links removed. Caleb has been extremely quick and efficient every time.
