Blackout Window Tinting

This is the second occasion where I have used John's service and I am delighted with the results. Completely changed the appearance of my car looks even better than I anticipated and all carried out at a very reasonable price.I would not hesitate to recommend John for his professional and friendly service.

After being happy with previous tints i didn't hesitate to take my Audi in to get the windows done. On this occasion, he was unable to get the rear window to go on without bubbling. He said he tried everything from near dry to soaking it. He didn't charge me for it but it did leave with a fault, the alarm going off every time it was started. After been checked out by Audi it turned out to be a module that had water ingress into it. It lives in the right rear quarter of the of the boot behind the comfort module, which was not damaged. I was informed that water had run down the cable into the module from inside the car which could only be from him doing the window. When i told him about it he plain refused to acknowledge that it may have been him and the fault must have there before he had it. At the time i wasn't looking for anything from him, just an acknowledgement and to let him know there may be risks for the same car going forward. His attitude stank in want of better words. wouldn't use again.

Excellent 1st class job, 5* service all round was totally delighted. Highly recommend.
