My family have been patients of this practice for many years now but have just been informed that they are no longer patients. The justification for this initially was that one of the members hadn't attended for 2 years. When it was discovered that they had attended well within 2 years these rules were updated on the fly such that they had to of attended every 6 months. This is highly insulting to my intelligence. Just be honest and straight with patients.I really wish I had made more of an issue of the bad treatment I had years ago now, I was very understanding at the time, wish I hadn't been now. This has now left a nasty taste in my mouth.

So happy I moved to this dental practice. The receptionists are all so lovely and friendly. I have been seeing Tom for my dental work and he is fabulous, he is the best for nervous patients and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease, his dental nurse is so lovely and friendly also but I don’t know her name. I have recommended my friends to this dental practice and to ask for Tom. Really happy with my experience and would go anywhere else or see anyone else, Thankyou!

Disappointing. Have been using the practice for many years and have just been told I am no longer on their books as I had not booked an appointment recently. They have also stopped sending any appointment reminders, so I had no notice that I am no longer a client until I wanted to book an appointment. Terrible service.
