I have experienced and am aware of many failings. There seems to be very little in the way of accountability or any form of review of the work they carry out. Complaints can be directed to CAFCASS, the Parliamentary and Health Ombudsman as well as Social Work England where all Family Court Advisors should be registered. Likewise conduct of solicitors who may have acted dishonestly can likewise be reported to the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority). The system is truly shocking.

I had a bad experience initially with carfcass and had to complain since the person dealing with my case was very bias and didn't listen to my and my child's concernHOWEVER the carfcass worker was changed to someone called MARIE at the Middlesbrough office, she was great and very good with my son ,very professional, understanding, kind and friendly I can't fault her and my ratings for her would be 5 stars however since I had a bad experience initially its 4 thanks again marie from suexx

Anyone who gets involved with these for a court case I recommend you get a solicitor if you are a working man cause they will drag the case out as long as they can they do not have the childs best interests at heart there a business and just want to make the case last to keep them in a job..

Briefly spoken to them on the phone. I felt that the majority of questions were leading and closed. Made it difficult to explain my circumstances and situation. Red flag.

Cafecass are actually a joke will sit back and watch people lifes fall apart they don’t want to listen to the man side all for the mother don’t look into anythink evidence wise have a right attitude on them every single 1 of u staff member want to be ashamed of yourself good job I got a faire judge who seen this situation for what it is and dealt right card not if cafecass had there say on it would been total different story. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN get a propa job waste of spaces

Absolutely horrendous. Sided with judge on non evidence based assumptions and and judged my entire case on a 20 min phone call with me. Failed to pick up on what was glaringly obvious to be going on regarding my child as a result I now have lost my child. Great work cafcass great work

I would give zero stars if I could. These place needs to be shut down. I had the most unprofessional 'worker' ever. She was all about the father who funnily enough had not seen my child for over 2 years. In fact unprofessional doesnt even begin to cover her incompetence. She was a liar at best, so glad to be shot of them! In fact I started to question whether she actually fancied the ex partner the way she batted for him. She ought to be ashamed of herself. It's because of people like her that women aren't listened too and children are being placed in positions to be harmed. And the woman has kids herself apparently. Shame on cafcass
