East Oxford Dental Clinic

I had an emergency situation where a tooth was infected and the first set of antibiotics didn't work. I managed to get an emergency appointment for a Sunday but the receptionist was rude and abrupt. She threatened not to hold the appointment even though I told her I had no transport and was not sure if I would be on time. I gor there and waited over 20 minutes to be seen. The dentist confirmed the infection and prescribed another set of antibiotics. I had to pay £25 for the appointment which lasted 2 minutes. I then had to pay again for another set of antibiotics. I had already paid for private dentist and a course of antibiotics. The dental care system in England is very poor. I am still in pain and my face is swollen. I have missed a week of work and will loose a week's salary. The dentist could have done more than just prescribing antibiotics..

I was in desperate need of an emergency dentist. I was lucky enough to get an appointment at this practice, I was seen by Puja, who was the best ever at giving injections, so gentle, and her amazing team. Thank you for helping me. I will definitely be recommending this practice to anyone who will listen.

Never go to this place, I had an emergency with a broken tooth, they did an extremely crude and bad extraction, they left traces of the tooth, it became infected, it's been a month and I still haven't recovered from that bad practice

Was referred here as I have a huge dental phobia. Needed an extraction under sedation. The dentist and assistants were absolutely amazing. Made me relaxed immediately. Procedure went well. Would encourage anyone who needs extra care for dental treatment to ask to be referred here. Finally not scared off the dentist thanks to the amazing team. Thank you so much

I was dying of pain from a bad tooth but hadn't tried booking an appointment as I expected all sorts of difficulties.But one call to here, and later that day very friendly, professional and efficient treatment meant that my pain was gone.Very high quality care from excellent medics, I was very grateful.

So, so impressed with the service here. Had cronic tooth pain (exposed nerve). Very sympathetic and appointment booked within the hour. Although I hate any dental procedure, the girls were very calming and made me feel relaxed. Kept me up to date at every stage so I felt a sense of control. Very professional service!

After 10 years of sporadic dental visits, each filled with massive anxiety and some surgery not going correctly, I finally met a dentist who completly understood my debilitating phobia. I am starting dental treatment in 2 weeks and feel so much lighter and a little less anxious than I did whilst waiting in reception (fight or flight massively in play here). Was so refreshing to feel like I wasnt being a pain and over the top. Thank you
