Dreams Norwich

All I can say is visit another Dreams store.I called the store several weeks ago to enquire about a couple of beds I had seen on the website and to check they were available to see at the Norwich store. I spoke to a gentleman called Shaun and I can honestly say I have never received service like it. He had absolutely no time for my enquiry, his manner and tone was abrasive and rude. I was honestly shocked at the level of service this ‘salesman’ thought was acceptable.Determined to not let Shaun’s vulgar approach to customer service stop me from getting the bed I wanted I decided to give Dreams another go. However as I entered the store there was the strongest stench of blueberry as a staff member was vaping in the middle of the shop floor. (I’m pretty sure this is against the law) I waited a few minutes to see if anyone would approach and serve me (one staff member was with another customer) but apparently the gentleman who was vaping, I believe I heard his colleague call him Roger was more interested in his blueberry fix than doing what he is paid to do.Left Dreams absolutely disgusted at the level of service these salesman have delivered in what you would consider a reputable company. I’m sure not all Dreams stores are like this…

Matt was very professional and was a great salesman all the way through. Very knowledgeable about the all mattress. Explained everything from the sleep machine to all the mattress that best suited me. He wasn't pushy with a sale, just let me get on with it. He threw in a few free pillows as it was my birthday which made my experience even better! Great experience overall!

Laurence and Sean were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us purchase 2 new beds. Unlike Matress Man they made the process quick and simple.

We visited Dreams on Bank Holiday Monday and tried out their sleep machine, we found three mattresses we really liked and whittled it down to one, however we also found 2 others in different shops nearby . Matthew was incredibly patient and helpful and not at all pushy for a sale. We did end up choosing a mattress from elsewhere but were certain happy with how well we were looked after in dreams so thank you!

we went to the sprowston branch of dreams to find a new bed and used sleep match. the shop assistant dave greeted us when we entered the shop. dave was brilliant very knowledgeable about the products. dave took his time in allowing me and partner to sample the mattresses. we were given a fresh pillow to use whilst sampling the mattresses which was great and a nice touch! dave helped us find the bed of our dreams and gutted we have to wait for it to be delivered! I have used dreams before and will use them again thanks again dave and the team and the cup of hot chocolate helped to seal the deal!! all the team who were in the shop dave Laurence and Daniel were all very polite and had a great sense of humour.

Acknowledged by the staff as soon as we entered the store. Daniel was very professional offering us coffee. His knowledge of the products was very reassuringly guiding us through to our final purchase (after sampling many mattresses! ).10/10. Will highly recommend. Mike and Vera.

Dave was amazing with the help he gave. He greeted us as we came in with a welcome and a smile. He offered us the chance to go on ‘sleep match’. When we decided on our purchase he took us to pay and asked if we wanted a drink. Bonus was that there was a flash sale, so not only did we get half price mattresses (I was able to get 3) but we also got a set of four pillows free too. Can’t wait for them to be delivered in June

Amazing place to pick the perfect mattress or bed, they listen to your needs and know exactly what is needed. I would be using Dreams in the future and trust them to pick the most incredible mattresses/beds I need

On entering the store, we were welcomed and listened too. The Dreams sale staff took time to find out what we were looking for then offered us complimentary drinks while we decided. There was no pressure to buy and my questions were always answered. We were then offered a sleep match for a mattress cover. While in store we were loaned a clean, fresh smelling pillow, which we then decided to buy a pair off. We will be recommending Dreams in Norwich.

David was such a genuine and great salesman. We were treated so well , we were not pressured and David was so knowledgeable helpful and pleasant . Was a pleasure to have met him and do business with him.
