We ordered a CuddleCo present for ours sons first birthday through a third party website who failed to deliver it in within the time frame they promised - in contacting CuddleCo they replied to me within minutes, re ordered the present and even put it on a same day courier so we would receive it on his birthday!!! I am so happy and touched by their act of kindness in resolving the issue so quickly. It's doing lovely things like this that make a company so special and worth a brilliant review.
