Superb quality livery yard. Excellent stables and facilities. Well cared for horses. Good quality and quantity of bedding and hay. All year round turnout in well draining large paddocks. Small herd turnout. Excellent fencing. 5 mile off road grass tracks with small cross country jumps up hill and down dale with great canter straights. Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. 20 x 40 outdoor arena.

Lovely hosts. Lovey location - perfect for a wedding at nearby Vineyard. Very clean, lovely scones and jam left for us. Perfect base to explore the Yorkshire Wolds. Superb views and sunrises.

Stayed the weekend with my husband and our dog - lovely welcome and great dog friendly accommodation. Work is in progress - 3 units occupied - there will be 7 in total on this working farm and livery stables. Great location for Hull, Beverley and York.

Fantastic country holiday cottage retreat on a working farm. Accommodation was superb could not fault it in anyway. The scenery and walks surrounding the farm area was great for the dogs. Hosts were unbelievably welcoming and were always to hand if needed. Very dog friendly. Also your own private hot tub was included in Nellies Shed and was wonderful to relax in after a long day out walking the dogs. This property is highly recommended. Will definitely without doubt return in the future.
