Dr Jenny Zhao is brilliant. I took my mother in law to see her with knee pain from osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. While waiting for response from specialist consultant, the pain has eased with several treatments of acupuncture. I definitely recommend Jenny.

I have a cough some years that lasts for months. The Surgery gave me antibiotics which did nothing. With the covid thing now coughing is very embarrassing. As soon as I could, I visited Jenny and in a few visits she got rid of it. My general health is better and I feel better able to cope with the stress of teaching online 6 hours a day. Thanks again.

Having suffered over a year with back pain and sciatica, I had a steroid procedure to release the trapped nerves. Although it did work but the effectiveness began to wain after six weeks. I decided to try acupuncture. Dr Zhao helped me to manage my pain and improve my mobility. Although I am not 100% better yet, the improvements in my back and legs are significant. I see Dr Zhao weekly and hope to recover further in due course. Highly recommend Dr Zhao.

I have needed help from Jenny on two occasions, the first was maybe 3 years ago. It was diagosed as a blocked eustachian where I was at my wits end having visited my G.P. and also an ear clinic, as well as trying every remedy I could research. I had no experience of acupuncture but it was a last resort. With a combination of herbal and acupuncture I was on the mend after just two visits, and totally better after just a couple more, an amazing to me result. More recently I have developed a shoulder / left chest/ back pain symptom combined with blocked nose at night meaning very little sleep, again the shoulder had ultrasound tests and some physio but was not improving, but as I write this I have been almost pain free for two weeks and am sleeping much better after 4 sessions with Jenny. I cannot recommend her highly enough as I was a skeptic who is now a convert!

Extremely thorough treatment from the beginning. Results were noticeable after the first session and by the sixth session my problem was resolved. My daughter also attends regularly and the results have been really successful and positive. I will continue to use Imperial Herbary Acupuncture Clinic due to its friendly relaxing atmosphere and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to take a more natural successful approach to any ailment or imbalance!

This is my 2nd post review for Dr Jenny and the wonderful treatment l receive from her.Having been a patient of Jenny's for a number of years, l am still receiving a first class service and my rheumatoid arthritis is being kept under control with this amazing treatment.As we are all aware, COVID hit the world hard, my treatment had to be suspended for quite a while and by the time l was allowed to visit Jenny in her surgery, my RA was returning.Treatment resumed and my RA once again was brought under control once again.If you are sceptical about the Chinese medicines, l was believe me, all l can say is try it, it is amazing and for me not to be on any prescription medication for RA is something truly remarkable.My recent visit to the RA clinic at Worcester Royal, the rheumatologist himself is amazed at how my body has reacted to this treatment and as long as Jenny practices, then l, as long as Jenny is happy to continue treating my condition, will remain a happy and very grateful patient.My definition of Dr. Jenny; a person who puts you at ease from the start, listens and then performs her healing magic, put your faith in her as a person and in the treatment she provides.Jenny has not just treated my RA; following a serious fall l sustained bad muscle injury, a few weekly treatment sessions and l was on the right road to full recovery. Having an extremely painful shoulder for sometime, NHS treatment was not working so I was recommended to accupuncture at this clinic with Dr Jenny Zhao, What a relevation absolutely brilliant! Even after the first treatment I felt such a difference. I have now had several sessions and my shoulder is back to normal all thanks to Dr Zhao.From the initial diagnosis through the treatment Dr Zhao is very professional and knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in her recommended treatment....and they are very nice folk!Should anyone be considering this form of treatment I would have no hesitation recommending Dr Jenny Zhao at this clinic.Thank you for giving my shoulder back!!!

I visited Jenny to see if she could do anything about my psoriasis which I have suffered from for many years. It is often triggered by stress. The treatment consisted of a detailed consultation followed by several (maybe 10 or 12) acupuncture sessions, herbs that I took at home and some topical cream. My psoriasis improved almost straight away and has now pretty much gone which I am delighted about. Also I am in no doubt that the acupuncture improved my sense of wellbeing which in turn affected my stress level. I would recommend seeing Jenny if you want a traditional treatment to a condition that is not responding to modern medicine.

I have been suffering from vertigo and dizziness for over a year and western medicine could only suppress the symptoms and not completely cure my problems. I also had a chest infection that lingered for over a month from April. So I decided to try acupuncture and herbal medicine and found that Dr Zhao is highly respected and recommended in these fields. After the initial consultation, I had a session of acupuncture and a week’s herbal medicine, my dizziness was gone and my coughs were significantly better. I went back for a 2nd session and more herbal medicine, and this time I got better. On the 3rd visit, Dr Zhao used acupuncture to strengthen my immune system to prevent infection.
