Avoid this store at busy times and weekends unless you're doing the weekly shop and are prepared to queue at the checkouts.Someone needs to rethink the self service checkouts. Half of them are now 'card only' in an area where many people still use cash. So we could all be standing like Brown's Cows while card checkouts are free cos the people at the head of the queue can't use them.There's usually one member of staff on and invariably they are checking a self scan trolly of groceries while the rest of us hurry up and wait.It beats me why the self service checkouts allow trolly loads of goods through.Of course they could always open up more checkouts at busy times but that would be too easy.

I was refused service based on how i look. I like metal music. My friend who was with me is transgender who was also refused service based on looks. We had identification but were still refused service. I attempted to shop again later by myself but again refused service. I dont shop there anymore

I hate to shop on Saturdays but I must admit that it was not busy when I went at 10am. The cost of items have gone up but that is the same everywhere. They have a good product range and the staff are great nothing is to much for them

Rude staff, again! Customer service Chatting to each other about Christmas shopping and occasionally looking at me without asking what I wanted. Had to rip security tag off item that was beeping myself and toss on the counter so I could leave the place. This is regular service from a large percentage of the staff. I blame poor management. After years of bad service from lurgan Tesco I won’t be spending another penny there

Well lets get started first of all me and my mate went into Tesco to get a drink of coke then after buying the drinks i went into the toilet and my mate was outside when my mate was outside the toilets he was on his phone sending snaps of HIMSELF to his friends and then the security was basically going off at him for taking photos of HIMSELF to send to friends so my mate showed him proof that he was only taking photos of HIMSELF and the security was going off at him and said get out of my store now and my mate was saying I'm waiting on my mate who's in the toilets and he said he doesn't care get out but at the moment my mate was leaving i got out of the toilets then i started to get shouted at (at the time I didn't know what was going on) and the security said you cant go to the toilet if you haven't bought anything and i said i have bought something and i was just going to the toilet and he said THIS IS A SHOP NOT THE TOILETS in that case (WHY IS THERE TOILETS IF YOU CANT USE THEM i didn't say that cus i haven't thought that at the time) and he said get out your banned if you come here again ill physically remove you. so yes me and my mate are banned from Tesco for no reason so well done Tesco i thought you were a community shopalso me and my mate are only 14 and he was way into his 30s and i love the way he acts like a big man when he probably isn't

Didn't know they had a mobile phone shop. Went in to upgrade guys are very knowledgeable and couldn't do more to help with the setup. One of them was even dressed as Santa over Christmas. Only phone shop in lurgan!

Nothing bad to say here! The service is outstanding!

Mega Tescos within walking distance of Lurgan town centre or accessable for motorists off Millennium Way. Whatever your food preferences and domestic requirements are, they are almost certainly here. Clothing, books, magazines and garden plants also in-store. Banklink, toilets and large carpark with disabled spaces near the store entrance.

If you want to pay with cash avoid this store. Only 2 self service cash tills working..... If you're lucky and staff too busy chatting to assist. Go to Lidl across the road. Their shelves are full too unlike tescos
