HA I posted on hear 2 years ago now there at it again staff made my son feel like a Thief and well done to them makeing my 6 year old boy cry. for paying for his goods and trying to leave we only did that but still stopped and asked for receipt second time this has happened last time was over a chocolate rabbit 80 pence that I payed for am sick now your Asda staff and so called mistakes and sick if I wanted to steal I would fill one of your broken trolleys and walk out that people do dayly.

I have just been to get fuel from Asda Whinbush Way. The kiosk is still closed!Firstly this discriminates against customers wishing to pay cash, secondly I had to be pay by card and was not issued with a receipt from the incompetent machine! I therefore will no longer get my fuel from Asda until these issues are resolved.

Been to the pharmacy this morning and asked if anyone was free to do a blood pressure check as I was feeling dizzy. He was going to check then came back asked if I was on any meds (yes) his reply was we only check people not on meds so buy a machine oh and we don'thave anyone free said without checking. I thought that service was there to help the doctors. Not today

The staff are usually helpful and friendly, although some of the pharmacy staff could do with a few lessons in customer services. The George department is very sexist, a wide range of clothing for women, very little for men. Why can ladies buy footwear there, but not men? There is currently a clothes sale there, racks of sale stuff for women and children, but not one item for men!

Just been into today went to pay customer service desk served peopl in front happy laughing went to us nothing not good morning no bag nothing so rude then leaving shop still talking about us and staring nice staff won't be back that's not to treat customers

Use to get my diesel from here and shopping however I've noticed lately that they are not dropping their prices in line with other garages. They are charging motorway prices so I go elsewhere for my fuel now and shopping also as there out to extort the customer. Shame on yous Asda Whinfield Darlington
