Sunglass Hut

Really poor customer service. the shop is way to small for the amount of foot fall too. two blonde ladies, one with a short boy hair cut and the other with curly hair have really bad attention spans. I left the shop more confused than when i went in. avoid.

In fact, the first visit I made on the same day but in the morning and I wasn't sure if I wanted it, but my family and I were so well received and treated by their employees that I thought well and before the day was over I went back there. and I made my purchases very comfortable and with the certainty that it was what I wanted, I would just like to thank your seller who offered me a discount for a second purchase that was very well spent! thanks

I visited Brent Cross branch today. The staff was very helpful, friendly and showed me all sunglasses of my favourite brand. I’m very happy with my new sunglasses and will recommend this branch to all my friends.

Huge thank you to the amazing manager of this store. I came in with a pair of ray bans which I had bought from John Lewis. They were less than 6 months old and in perfect condition but the screw had come off one of the arms so I couldn’t use them. John Lewis tried but were unable to fix as they didn’t have the screw. I passed by Sunglass Hut. The manager found a returned pair of ray bans, fitted a new screw. Gave my glasses a good clean. And then gave me a screwdriver I can use to tighten the screws now and then. Her customer service was fantastic. She also said pop in to any Sunglass Hut whenever you feel like you might want someone to look at or tighten your sunglasses. A free service they offer with no need for a receipt. Really impressed. And thanks so much!

I was met by a lovely lady called Patricia who greeted me with a smile and explained about the offers available. I ended up purchasing a pair of sunglasses for this summer and I was very pleased with the overall experience at this shop.

All their sunglasses are dirty in the frame and rim. Check before you buy. They were so quick to take payment and when it came to giving me the sunglasses, they kept trying to wipe the glasses but the dirt was inside. The sales assistants were quiet because they could clearly see the dirt. The refund process was so unnecessarily long. Be careful when shopping here.

Absolute rip off..salesman at store was so ignorant that he was just not paying attention at all.That helped me though as same pair with price 137£ at store - Rayban ( RB 3958) I could get online of 78£.I am wondering how these shops even running as they don’t even sell their own manufactured products and popular brands they sell are half price online.

This is my 2nd pair from this store this summer , Muhid was very helpful and managed to get me exact old model I couldn’t get from another store, Muhid and everyone in Brent store will make you feel welcome when you come in and make sure you leave the store with smile and great overall customer service experience
