Fantastic service from Lucy. She made the process so easy by coming out to the house, measuring and designing the bathroom. Everything was finalised within 1 appointment. Great advice and ideas. Quality of items is fantastic too. Can highly recommend Lucy.

Extremely good service from Emersons Green. Lucy was really helpful and friendly. Ordered the goods in August, had them delivered in January when the install was booked for Deposit paid but didn't have to start paying for the goods until they were delivered. Delivery guys were very good and professional. Every item was delivered. Everything went to plan. No stress.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lucy, who from first contact was absolutely flawless, i gave her the idea i had, and she executed it first time! There were a few minor tweaks and here and there but overall the process was smooth, had recommendations from her on fitters and they were also just as good! Would highly recommend! Everything also arrived on time and took 1 day less than planned to fit!

Excellent service.Helped us design our bathroom when we didn’t really know what we wanted! Lucy is brilliant, she will adapt the design however you want & has a lot of patience. The range of products is also great. Our new bathroom looks like a luxury hotel en suite!
