Stuart is an excellent personal trainer who I would recommend to anyone looking to become more confident in how they feel physically and mentally. What makes him stand out as the best I've worked with is his ability to tailor his sessions towards your individual goals and where your body and mind are at. Friendly, professional and very patient when teaching you new skills like boxing or pilates.
