Used Tower auctions many times over the last 5 years+ for both selling and buying. Great day out for a bargain and staff very helpful in helping me sell my collectibles. Would defiantly recommend.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. We've had a shocking experience at the hands of these people. Very friendly until you raise a genuine grievance, then you see their true colours. Unbelievable level of arrogance and ignorance of their own T & C's. Our complaint to Trading Standards has been upheld. Our emails are now being blanked. Our advice - don't spend anymore here than you can afford to lose. A real shame, we had been regular customers trying to support a local business and recommended them to many others - but no trust in this company any longer.

If you want proper service, customer care where they go out of their way to help, then Tower Auctions in Newtown are for you. My partner, Mary and I, are regular buyers here and find Ben and his staff a real breath of fresh air. Keep it up !
