Fuel Fixer Ltd

After I put wrong fuel in car - these guys rescued me. They were considerably cheaper than the AA and arrived when promised. The gentleman was extremely thorough and very courteous. Would highly recommend.

Made the regrettable mistake of mis-fuelling, called fuel fixer and they were very reassuring and said someone was on the way within 30mins, and he actually came within 15, was a very nice gentlemen who finished service well and didn’t try and tricks, and we’d even phoned another company before this who took hours and messed us up. Amazing company! Thanks. His only focus was to fix the car properly with care and get us on our way. Would reccomend

I made the error, thought I was filling up with “superior diesel” and later discovered when my car died, that I’d used the incorrect “Superior” fuel. Fuel Fixer arrived within an hour and 40 minutes later I was back in the road. Brilliant service both from the company and the gent (I think his name is Balazs) who helped me.

My 81yr old mother filled her petrol car with diesel and phoned me in a panic and very upset. Call Fuel fixers who gave me a price and I was told somebody would be with us in 90 mins which they were . Took approx 2hrs to get the car up and running again A brilliant service sorted out by a really nice , friendly polite chap and charged exactly what was quoted. Its not cheap by any means and definitely an expensive mistake but it took him 90min to get to us , 2 hours labour then 90 min to his next job plus his fuel , wear and tear on his vehicle and disposal of contaminated fuel so in my opinion the price was spot on and people need to realise and think about this before leaving negative reviews regarding the cost. Not sure who came out to us but please thank him for us . Many many thanks

Called and was told I would be about one hour and 10 mins waiting for the engineer to get to me. The engineer then rang to say he would be one hour. An hour and 30 mins later no one had shown up. I had to cancel and call another company who were with me in the time specified and we're also a third of the total price cheaper.

Absolute rip off, they try quoting me £500 + vat to drain my car, what a rip off, paid £150 to another company and got it sorted, the women on the phone was eager to send someone out and something sounded so off about her. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR VUNREBLE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. SCAMMERS MATE

I made the terrible mistake of putting petrol in my beloved van conversion, I was absolutely mortified and rang fuel fixers with in 5 mins they arranged for Dan the local service engineer who lived 8 miles away in watton to come out and within 20 mins he was there and was so professional, calmed me down , talked me through what he was going to do and reassured me that it was going to be okay. Within the hour my van was back up and running and no harm done . The quick response from all you guys was incredible and Dan is truly an asset to you’re company

I put diesel in a petrol van. Never done before and was annoyed with myself. Called the fuel fixers and they advised somebody would be with me within the 90 minutes. I was not with the van by now. I asked them to call me when they were near. They called within the hour, Robby arrived and sorted my issue within 20 minutes, he was polite and did great job. Would highly recommend this company.

Came out within an hour of contacting them, the guy who debowsed our Land Rover at Polegate was really friendly. Highly recommend, thank you so much. Saved out trip (RAC was going to be 6 hours)

I can highly recommend this company. They really know what they doing how to be done. They saved me and my car and really want to say thanks to engeneer. I had Hungarian guy. Very peaceful and let me know what he does.
