Nisa Local Digbeth

Used as stop from the coach station to try get cheaper drink. Prices of drinks, chocolate, crisps etc are acceptable for a corner shop. Staff rather friendly. However £2 card charge which was unideal considering I only wanted a bottle of water.

I have just returned from nisa local digbeth. And i want to say a massive thankyou. And extend my gratitude to the staff there. Having not left the flat in 4 days. Given the current situation. I was very anxious all day to visit. Due to running out of essentials. I dont want to be around large crowds right now at the morrison supermarket. So i went to nisa local digbeth. About 1 mile away from me. From my time entering the store to leaving i felt nothing but welcome andwarmth. The lady on the till was understanding when i explained she was the first person i had seen in 4 days. And she was very helpful in packing my shopping s and serving me. The gentleman's were very grateful in my custom. And they understood when i said i dont want to be around large crowds right now. I managed to get everything i needed to last me a couple of weeks.. if anyone is wary of supermarket please visit here at the nisa local. Very understanding and helpful staff. Thankyou for relieving my anxiety in this troubling . Time

I live about 3 miles away from this Nisa local shop to top up my gas and electric I have 3 food stores in my area and three of them are always out of order I have just given up but I have always been attended by Nisa local Digbeth team with a smile, always polite and always well merchandised shelves so I can top up and shop under one roof. Excellent team and Excellent service just a shame this store isn't in Sparkhill

Bought a Budweiser 6pack, the paper was torn at the bottom hence the the bottles smashed. The staff was rude to me and made me pay for them as it was not my fault as well. Never going back there again.

Indian guy put me off keep saying hello every few minutes also keep your change payment even few for pences good section of sandwich and drinks tall European guy very helpful and respectful toward customers sorry give one star management need look in to his behaviour

Staff are always friendly and accommodating.For a convenience store so close to city centre there is a good stock selection at decent prices.

Total rip off, paid 18.15 for items then asked for the refund because i new this guy charged me more than what i bought. I only went out and came back for a refund and this new guy on the counter paid back was 3 pounds less. Like about 15.15. Proof is in my bank account and receipt. Old staff was way friendly and fair. These 2 new guys working are manipulating at 00.02 on 12/08/2023 are ripping off. You can check both inside cctv and outside cctv if i took more items and gave back less items inside the store. As a regular costumer, happened first time on this very store. Very disappointed. Hope refund gets back to my card, fingers crossed but got ripped off tonight. Beaware whoever shops here.Management should look into it. 3 pounds is nothing to argue about but it should be fair.

They have the 'munchies - Mexican fajita chicken wraps' - I'm happy.

They tried to charge a £1 on our credit card we only wanted a small milk which was 95p we said your not allowed to do that no more so we paid cash never again warning to everyone who uses the store won't be using again
