I would highly recommend this estate agent ... Literally helped me from when I got let down by the builder I hired... I can't thank myestate enough as they treated me as a friend and part of a family and helped me out when I needed it the most ... Sorting out the certificates.. Plumbing electrics heating and cleaning providing a professional service to have my property up to standard to rent out. Sorry but if you're thinking of signing up here then be warned and expect poor communication from MY ESTATE.They will allow landlords to exploit fire safety regulations and jump through legal loopholes. I lived in fear of mine and my unborn child's safety for 4 months because the fire alarms in the flat weren't working and throughout that period no one got back to me about what was happening. It was only until I vacated the property that they noticed the fire alarm was faulty despite me raising this issue again and again, even from my hospital bed. Even then, I was just told it wasn't their responsibility anymore and instead it was matter for the DPS and hung up on. Totally unacceptable, the level of emotional stress this caused me whilst trying to recover from a traumatic birth. I never received a response to my emails but the irony is that they will probably respond to this review. Unfortunately all they care about is your money. They clearly don't care about tenant safety and will disappear on you and exploit you when you are most vulnerable.Perhaps I should have expected it as this wasn't the only issue with the flat that had been ignored by the rogue landlord and incompetent letting agency. At least as a potential tenant you will now know what to expect**EDIT**Do you really think you can threaten me into deleting the review like this? I have written evidence proving that I moved into my parents house after being discharged from hospital with baby and the health visitor visited me there 2x. I have never taken the baby there. The flat has always been kept in a good condition. We took photos before we left and you even saw for yourself when you checked it out, so it's obvious you are just making false claims now to make me look bad instead of apologising here.

They are very reliable and trustworthy,they did something that is very rare in house agency ,I pay for holding deposit but unfortunately my wife didn't like the property and they refund my deposit back to me under 24hrs,any clients or landlord dealing with them is at the right place...they are amazing , truthful

Make me travel all the way to Luton and not turn up for a viewing if you know you don't have keys don't waste people's time. 60 Hastings street . 1 bedroom flat

BEWARE! I lived in one of their properties two years ago, and now I'm receiving an alleged debt notice from a debt collector company (from a period I already moved out). Shockingly, it seems they've used my personal data without my consent. This branch is untrustworthy and operates with deceit. Exercise caution when dealing with them.Response to MyEstate's answer: You effectively managed the property as outlined in the documents we possess, representing Land Assist Ltd. Additionally, my interactions were solely with you, not the mentioned company, and I entrusted my personal data solely to you. Please refrain from attempting to justify your mistake as you typically do in response to negative reviews.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Richie and his team, they have been very supportive and helpful and are always there to provide good, down to earth advice. Ritchie took over the management of the property I rent some months ago now which has made so much difference. Anything that goes wrong is sorted straight away and he is great at making both me and my landlord happy to suit both our needs. I would highly recommend Ritchie and his team. Such lovely people and great management of property.
