Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!Unfortunately I can't give here less then one ⭐.Terrible place to sign a contact. Equipment for most of the time is broken and waiting ages to get fixed. Steam room is not a steam room... (Doesn't work). Prices going up, they doing what they want... Changingyours contact terms and conditions because they (can).You have no right here. I Totally not recommend this gym for anyone.

A lovely welcome from the female on reception this morning (19/08/23). However, treadmills were out dated and didn’t even work or run to the speed the treadmill stated. Assault treadmills digital displays didn’t work. I was staying with family and this was a day when I wanted to try a different gym. Changing rooms were ok. Doors not on some lockers and wasn’t clean.Pool was very nice and sauna lovely. A bit excessive of price to say the least as it was £15 for a day pass.

Completely absurd prices for the low low quality of the gym (£55 a month)Several Equipment has tears in and is poor condition. The changing rooms are dirty, they are mopped to a basic standard and not cleaned by cleaners but by reluctant staff/trainers. Crevices are full of dirt, above head height is cobwebs and filthy.£55 a month is a joke, its 3 star at best and should be £28-£38 a month. Paying £55 feels like getting ripped off. Only 4 Personal trainers at the gym, reception is always empty. £55 a month for hardly any pts? Unattended reception, poorly cleaned changing rooms, no staff routinely clearing gym floor, weak jacuzzi, poorly refitted shower gel holders seem like a 16 year old apprentice installed them, shower heads are just open spout like a hose. Sauna room sealants are broken and loose. Would not recommend at these prices and would suggest any other gym for more value for money. Even London has far superior gyms available at lower prices. £55 is embarrassing and seems the owners are desperate, charging high prices for a neglected 3 star gym.JD £25 a month classes (no pool/sauna)TheGym £18.99 classes (no pool/sauna)Seems like you pay an extra £30 a month for a pool/sauna.

This is an active gym with a good verity of equipment and classes.The pool and steam room are great with clean changing facilities.

Been a member of the gym for a year and usually would not have any complaints.However whilst I was swimming for just 40 minutes by phone was taken out of my bag in my locker and has been stolen.Spoken to a lady on reception who was unhelpful and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing.Spoke to so called “managers” today who were rude and said it was my own fault they couldn’t do anything. Refused to check CCTV and just stood there looking at me blankly!Not very good customer service for the amount paid every month and feel like cancelling my membership!

Fantastic gym, a wide range of equipment for the healthy body and well being enthusiasts. The gym has a huge car park and is free to park. There is also a swimming pool and steam room. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and professional with a friendly manner. Highly recommend this gym.

The gym is very well maintained and has a wide range of equipment. The swimming pool and the steam room are also great with clean changing facilities. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Always welcome you with a smile. The manager, Jamie, is experienced and approachable and helps with any queries you may have. I would highly recommend this gym.

I like that is has various facilities including swimming pool and jacuzzi, that being said they aren't always properly heated so that could be improved. I also enjoy the classes, they have a lot of different ones so there is something for everybody. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Came in and paid £15 for a day pass. Absolutely absurd prices for the low quality of the gym (£55 a month).Previously a member at the Unit gym in Honely. Equipment was miles better, atmosphere was better and the staff look after you (managers are extremely rude here) when you ask questions.Several pieces of equipment was in poor condition and if not out of order.The pool is small and was busy when I went so it’s impossible to get a good session in. Definitely won’t be coming back.
