Mike @ Otter Boats could not have been more helpful regarding the purchase and delivery of our boat. It arrived bang on time and was exactly as we had hoped which is always a slight leap of faith when you are buying remotely and relying on website images.

Mike was the consumate professional. We discussed my order and arranged the required extras. Lots of discussion and refining of my requirements, then Mike gave me a date for collection, and he was as good as his word.Sadly, due to ill health, I was unable to collect my yacht tender, but Mike agreed to the change of plans on the morning that I should have been in Bideford to collect my boat.Anyway, my boat arrived in Gloucestershire, and it is exactly as I ordered.I am truly very pleased with it.
