Khidmat Community Centre
Khidmat Centre could use a lot of funding to help improve morale within the community and also get young people more engaged with one another besides that the staff are very friendly and the place is always clean and I see a lot of potential in the place in terms of bettering the local community.

Visit 11/09/2023 early evening. As a regular at this local community, such shameful behaviour by a specific staff member - man with a distinctive white beard and a poor attitude who I believe is the caretaker of this place / check your cameras please. Blocking access to the car park is a major struggle for people with accessibility needs. Staff need training. Does the caretaker know of the Equality Act 2010? I will be writing to the Bradford Council accordingly for them to further investigate and address as this behaviour is unacceptable and appalling. I will not be returning. I hope improvements are made otherwise. Good luck!

Some good work continues within the community that is well admired. The whole staff is a blessing for many.

Khidmat Community Centre
Why do staff that work at this centre think that it's okay to throw their weight around. It's a community centre and people have disabilities which are not always visible so please advise the staff to be respectful to the service users as without the service users there will be no centre or jobs for them.

Been Coming here for a while and caretaker is blocking access to park car, starts putting cones all around and then when that doesnt work he blocks with his personal car and the mini bus. Very strange surely must have better things to do. Has put me off from Coming here. Thers no need for such pettiness.
