Ordered 3 piece chicken meal for collection.Drove home to discover only 2 pieces of chicken. Not worth me driving back for 1 piece...The 2 pieces I did have were over cooked and completely greasy. Smallest portion of chips ever too!

Usually it’s ok, but todays visit was awful. Went in the drive thru, the guy who dealt with me was beyond miserable and had no ability to speak to customers at all. Ordered a small chicken wrap which I took one bite of and binned, chicken was tough and the wrap itself was rock hard? So either it’s been left out for ages or completely over toasted. Also had the bbq chicken bites, which were tough and came with two spoons and no fork? Finally, there were two discarded chicken buckets in the middle of the drive thru right by the serving hatch, which i had to drive around and then reach over to get my food from the window - they’re in plain site of the staff in the window, did nobody think of clearing them up rather than leaving them in the middle of the drive thru??Unreal and enough to make me never go back. Management need to grip their staff because they’re taking you for a ride.

My 7 year old son got salmonella from here a week ago! We took him to the docs with tummy ache, diarrhea and a fever and they sent off a stool sample and confirmed it is salmonella! They have reported it to the authorities as it’s a serious illness and they are going to be in touch with us to find out how he might’ve caught it. We’ve traced back and can only put it down to this poor establishment! All KFCs tend to be run teenagers who have no idea how to spell their own name let alone handle raw meat safely! Shame as nothing comes close to a good KFC. Unfortunately over the last few years there has been nothing good about visiting KFCs. Giving my son salmonella was the last straw!

KFC Southampton - Burlesdon Road
Definitely not the best KFC and seems to have gone downhill since my last visit. Place was empty when I got there (5pm) which was a surprise but after ordering I could see why. Considering how quiet it was there were abandoned food and packaging on some of the tables and litter on the floor. The chicken was good as always but the rest was anticlimactic and could have been warmer. Will give this branch a pass in future.

Food is to usual KFC standard, but the service is always painfully slow and lacking in any form of customer service. Even when waiting half an hour for food, there’s no apology or acknowledgment of the shocking delay. And always check your order before leaving, often has mistakes in my orders.

This is an awful KFC. The employees sat outside at one of the picnic tables intended for customers. They were loud and swearing.I could taste rancid fat on the chicken. The cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable.I'm not going back.

Very bad experience today. Went to drive through and ordered food and when i reached collection the delivery girl was asking again whats your order. I told again the order the pepsi 500ml bottle was missing and and asked again for a pepsi.I paid money and she served me a cup of pepsi and said this is your order. I told her i asked you for a half bottle pepsi. she was very rude at me and started shouting . She didn't know the basis of servicing a customer. I want to file a complaint against her.

I have ordered online from this KFC, order came properly sealed but i had missing items, as wasn't Uber eats driver issue cause the order was sealed, it was the KFC who missed 3 of my items. When i have been called to their store for about 7 times in 1h, none of them picked up the phone.i live down the road so i popped out to the store, and they weren't busy at all. They were trying to drop the issue on the poor delivery driver that he stole my order, wich cannot be true as bag was sealed! Used to love kfc food and service, but this particular one its rubbish! Never order from them again.

Completely messed up order gave me 6 drinks which couldn't carry so had to leave 2 in shop. Didn't have little boys meal or tower burger gave me loafs of gravy when asked for beans. There is no number to ring to tell them they messed up.
