Arrived in jovial spirits after an enlightening afternoon on the Heath of Hampstead. We were served throughout by the attentive, chatty and engaged Summer who kept our glasses full for the duration of our stay. We had already eaten our Sunday lunch however saw many impressive roasts, laden with Yorkshire Puddings aplenty, being delivered during the course of our stay. The rugby world cup televised in the background added to the hearty atmosphere.Would recommend to all and will be returning in future.

Very handy for the Royal Free with good beer and food as per usual with a Young's pub. But some of the staff seemed to have the charisma of a goldfish. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

Below average food. The seafood linguine was really bad and the salad we got was completely tasteless. Mussels on the other hand were absolutely tasty (but small portion). Service was good, very polite and considerate (we were 6 with 2 toddlers).

We came to watch the World Cup Finals and ended up staying for lunch! The unbeatable atmosphere for the match, followed by amazing roast pork belly! Friendly, yet professional service by the team really hit the spot and we can't wait to be back!

We had a Xmas get together yesterday and the staff had decorated the table so beautifully with crackers. The service was incredible, so friendly and understanding. Had the most loveliest Xmas Sunday roast!

We had Sunday lunch for 11 of us. Food was amazing, type tasty and delicious!Great, attentive service, considering a large group I was impressed. Its easy to mess up, but seems like everyone knew what they were doing, and most importantly, the chef. Thank you!

OMG really not happy. They're fine with hiring really inexperienced really forgetful staff. We went for a classic British Sunday roast and they ruined it. Food took forever and when it arrived the beef was barely cooked, like deep red nearly raw meat that was almost cold. Really insane how that can leave the kitchen! Roast was also weirdly pre-spiced with a lot of pepper so you better like pepper! (I don't.) If you can't do your signature dish then why bother. The roasted vegetarian main option was tasteless mush I'm told. Bright, good looking setting at least. Something going wrong there, hopefully they sort it out.

Amazing pub, we came as a family of six and everyone was mightily impressed with all aspects of the pub. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were efficiently shown to our reserved table. Drinks arrived quickly from the smiling waitress and she proceeded to answer all our questions about the menu (even making recommendations on her favourite dishes) the food arrived in good time and was fresh & tasty. The portions were massive so we didn't have room for dessert but finished the meal off with a nice port from the knowledgeable barman. 5 stars, we will be back very soon!!

Lots of seating and nice atmosphere but a bit of a weird smell when you first walk in. Mains are 15-20 which is reasonable for the area I guess. Steak came medium as requested but charred on the outside. Their burger and chips was okay.

The food was brilliant for both vegan/vegetarians and meat eaters. The thing that made the place brilliant was the staff. Solved issues fast, served so attentively and service was almost immediately. Really recommend
