Brand new store, has what we was looking for - a good selection of dog coats ready for the cold/rainy season. Great as could take dog into the shop to try the coats on.

I was in there earlier and overheard a staff member advising a customer to cycle the new tank they were buying for 24hours before adding fish! Shocking advice, should be 2 weeks minimum unless using troppo gloop

A new Pets at Home / rebrand yet they still sell a million and one unsafe things for most animals but especially the small furries, was hoping for a change but nope! Please do better.

Last evening took a group of beaver scouts to visit Pets at home. Want to say a big thank you to everyone for being so helpful. The beaver scouts learnt lots about how to care for animals . Thank you again for offering this experience.

Paula was absolutely amazing today. She taught me quite a few things on nutrition and what to look out for. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful towards myself and my baby puppy. I can’t fault the staff there at all. Brilliant customer service x

Greeted when I came in but didn’t pounce on me to get a sale, but when I needed some advice the lady was lovely, helpful and gave her honest opinion on products (which I think is important when it comes to animals). Bonus was loads of parking!

Went in to buy worming tablets. No one behind counter so queued at checkout. After 3 minutes queueing was told the person on that counter will be 5 minutes. Would expect a newly opened store to have recruited enough staff to serve customers. Won't be going back.

Fair prices, good range of treats and toys for cats. Raw food diet section.And a few good sustainable products.Staff were nice and friendly
