I have been trying to call the shop as well and phone is always switched off and I found them on messenger and also sent them messages every time they saw my messages they ignored them and never replied to me then blocked me from messages them again very un proofshion u need to speak to your customer on your phone or reply to there emails very rude

Ordered something through the website in January. Never received it, can't get hold of anyone. They don't exist at the address on their website. Avoid.

Loved this place in its first location and love it evenmore as its closer to home. Very good establishment.

Avoid at all costs. A very disappointing experience, this company has robbed me. The shop itself has been downsized to a micro-shop in Ipswich. Nothing wrong with this, of course, but they obviously cannot put as much of their stock on display. Because of this, I asked if I could order online, and the owners told me I could. So, when I went home, I ordered over £100 worth of stuff, because I liked a lot of what they were offering. Almost a year later and I have received none of my purchases, nor a refund. I attempted to contact them multiple times, but their phone is always switched off. When at last I managed to get an answer to an email, I was assured my items would reach me soon. A month passed and nothing. My colleague, who had also ordered from them, managed to get a refund out of them by contacting them via Instagram, and attempted to do the same for me (I have no Instagram account, and I didn't want to make one just for this). They informed me that I could be refunded if I requested it on PayPal, so I did. Again, nothing. Over £100 I shall apparently never get back. I tried to be as understanding and patient as I could, because I understood that downsizing must have confused things, but this is simply theft. There is no other word for it. Please, save your money.

Disappointed to say this shops online service is a scam. Not had any updates on my shoes or replies, from other reviews it seems people have had the same issues! Stay well away :/
