Just remember your registration number as you will need to put it into the machine when you leave. You are charged when you return to the carpark

Absolutely disgusting, I had an emergency to take my son to for surgery and had got a a ticket after being there for 10 min. Thankyou for that. I think if there is a emergency and you can prove it, you should be able to have an opportunity to contest your ticket.Well done to the parking attendant on Sunday morning on the 26/11/23 @ 0758.

We have a concession parking ticket but we have problems every time that we come to this hospital!They take more than 10 minutes to pick up when we are at the machines and sometimes we end up paying for the maximum amount.When they finally pick up they say: you just have to wait because there’s only 1 person! And we can clearly listen to other people on the back!Bad enough having to deal with a long term sick person to deal with these situations!

My husband attended QA this afternoon for a chest x-ray when he went to pay there was a large queue and no one answering the help buzzer. When he put his number plate in the machine showed a car with a different number plate and type of car. He was unable to pay - will he be fined?

Plenty of room on a Sunday morning, good automatic ANPR system clocks you on the way in, just need your registration number to leave, for us it worked very well!

Only used the once, but so far so good. Payment is done by number plate recognition, just drive in and park, on exit you go to one of the machines enter your registration number and confirm the photo returned is your car and then enter the required fee by card or cash. My only concern is the spaces could be larger. They're just about ok with a larger SUV for example.

Good to see more parking spaces now this is multi storey. Automated charging so you just park and visit the hospital then type in number plate to pay at machine. Simple enough. Could improve signs showing how to get to hospital entrances after parking ! For five stars. Prices OK.

Easy to park .. pay on exit .. simple payment and will take normal contactless card , no need to use any silly phone apps .Good access to hospital but make sure you remember your level number.
