Nice houses in lovely villages but no property on earth is worth dealing with this estate office for, rude, ignorant, incompetent crooks. A very strong influence of money talks with these people and they treat you better the more money you pay in rent, Budby was my dream place to live since being a child, lasted a year and the dream was killed by dealing with this office. Stay clear
