I have been to all the nail and beauty places down kings heath high street, and this is by far the best one!There is nothing like getting the proper treatment and service you deserve. They meticulously take care of everything, and it really makes a difference.I wish to tell everyone about it but also want to keep it a secret!

What a waste of a place! Waste of nail salon! Waited here for one hour. They then told us 10 minutes, which turned into 30 minutes. The part where me and my mum gave up was when two women (who they knew) walked in, and they saw them straight away. What their family members spent in there, we would’ve spent a lot more.Honestly, I highly avoid it!They say they look after their customers when giving free coffee and tea. However, we come for the service, not the drinks!This was also on a Sunday and wasted a lot of our time.

I hate to write negative reviews. Visited today and can only assume I had an inexperienced or new nail tech. Pedicure sadly not near the standard of other Birmingham Salons which have similar price points. Really disappointed and will be getting them redone.Would recommend the hot wax - quick & painless and a great job done!

Lin is so lovely and helpful and helped me out a lot when I messed up my booking. Really lovely lashes, brows, waxing and nails. Highly recommend. The whole team are great
