Nick did a fabulous plethora of work on my Hohner ST57 Strat copy. A new hand carved nut, re-alignment of neck, work on the trem, exactly as I asked. I came across Nick when searching for a local guitar technician to fret level, re-crown/polish and set up my Fender Stratocaster. Having read the very favourable reviews I decided to give Nick a call and book in. I spoke to Nick on the phone, very nice chap and very knowledgeable on ‘all things guitars’! I was booked in very quickly, even having given short notice, and after having left Nick with my guitar for only a few days, he contacted me to collect it. The result was a complete transformation, in terms of playability and the overall look of the guitar - making it even better than new, when I received it from new having been set up initially by Fender USA. I would highly recommend Nick for his services, at a very reasonable price. Would really recommend checking out his website if you get a chance.

Great service at NAH Guitars, excellent work, I had my Washburn ES35 Style semi accoustic set up by Nick and what a great job, it feels and sounds like a different guitar to the one I handed NickWill definitelybe usibg Nick again, thanks Nick for a great job.

My strat was in need of a service and, being a 1962 replica, suffered from microphonic feedback. Nick was recommended to me by Howard at the Emporium in Hitchin so I contacted him and arranged to swing by with the Strat to check it out. He waxed the pickups, straightened the neck and made a load of adjustments that make the guitar beautiful to play - all for what I feel was a very reasonable fee. He was able to turn this around very quickly but what blew me away was the detailed invoice where he explained (with pictures!) everything he had done - amazing.Encouraged by this I had him set up my son's old, cheap and nasty acoustic. It has a lovely tone but the action was criminally bad. Nick adjusted the bridge, saddle and neck and reprofiled a couple of frets that were too high and the guitar is now a joy to play - completely transformed!He is very detail-oriented and really knows his stuff, as well as being a lovely guy. I highly recommend him.

I took my fairly old Crafter acoustic to Nick after the nut broke. Nick did a fanatic job of carving a new nut fir it but also straightening the neck and setting up the whole action. The guitar I got back is better to play and better sounding than I ever remember and all for a very reasonable fee. And Nick is such a lovely and accommodating gent too!! Absolutely a five star review!
