We always use Wight Fire for our fire extinguishers and they are always very professional and helpful. Good value for money and top class customer service!

How unlucky enough to choose such a company before. . Just call to change the battery. Said there was no time for next week. . It doesn't take half an hour at all. Service sucks. If his machine can wait for me to call for service (not free service every time)? I just want you to have no way to make emergency calls to get more money. Said to wait until next week to make an appointment. . Totally unbelievable and cannot recommend.

I have a holiday let on the island, that we also use ourselves. With the recent update of fire regulations and a complicated lay out I decided to ask for professional advice. So I contacted wightfire.I cannot recommend them enough. They came out promptly just to give me advice. While I then went through trying to action the advice I contacted them several times checking along the way. They always answered promptly, politely really helpfully.When I had all the work completed I got them back to complete my fire risk assessment.I cannot praise this company enough. At no time did they try to “hard sell” anything just really useful advice. There charge was very reasonable too.If anyone is requiring a fire risk assessment I would highly recommend this very professional, ethical and reliable company.

We have been a fire alarm customer for a few years now but the constant battery failures, every few weeks, are really starting to feel like a revenue making exercise. With a safety critical service, feel compelled to keep paying the high battery fees. Really starting to lose trust here and will have to take a further financial burden to change to a more responsive company.

It's rubbish. . . Busy every time I call. . No manpower. One week interval is required. . It's as if we called them in to do repairs for our customers for free. . Totally not recommended. boss. . But it's awesome that we found someone to fix it by the way. . As soon as the power didn't turned off, the fuse is replaced and the whole machine is burned. scary. And desperately said it was to keep us safe.
