Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my haircut.The salon is clean the staff go over board and Bernard is great.. been going there over 10 yearsJacquiAimee is lovely and I wouldn't go anywhere else... been using this salon for 15 years.Very happy with today's lip fillers... can't wait to try something else

Such a lovely first time experiance thank you brooke. My daughter loved her first time hair cut alongside me, thanks for making it extra special by finding ways to keep her entertained. The certificate was a lovely touch. All the ladies where lovely and very welcoming.Will visit again soon. X

I've been going to Laurens D'Auray for a few years now. Lisa is professional and skilled, she knows exactly what I want and it's always a pleasant experience for me to have my hair done there. I like the deco and the salon looks clean, chic and bright. Highly recommended.

Revisited on 16 August: Brilliant experience once again, this time with a different stylist. Jenny really took her time to understand what I wanted, despite my confusing delivery at times haha! I struggle with hairdressers not cutting as much as I request but Jenny perfectly cut my hair to the length I requested, gave me lovely but subtle layers too, as well as great styling. Thank you so much!Previous: As someone who finds it difficult to trust others with my hair, I really felt at ease here, Bernard is a great stylist and other staff are lovely too. Really pleased with how my hair turned out, would recommend and revisit!

I visited the salon today and it was the best decision I have made. I had avoided a hair cut for so long because I found that a lot of hair dressers just weren’t listening to what i wanted and it seems like a chore because my hair is thicker as it’s naturally curly. I thought I was doomed but took one last chance and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish even when I called to book. I was listened to and spoken through what was going to happen next and what was best for my hair. The team Was happy to answer any questions I had and I even ended up laughing while my hair was being cut which being as anxious as I was before hand I didn’t think would happen. Thank you for saving my hair Bernard and to the team for helping me over my fear of going to a hairdressers again :)Would recommend to anyone
