In have been renting a shared property managed by Homemaker Properties for a little more than a month now. Everything from arranging a viewing of the properties available to going through all the required process for renting has been quick and professional.They also respond reasonably quickly when messaged about any problems/enquiries etc.I am very happy with my experience so far.

These guys are real sound to work with. Very professional and discreet. Always ready and willing to help. Any issues(if any) are sorted out promptly regardless of the magnitude. Quality and reassuring service delivery that gives you a great peace of mind. Karolina and the team make all that happen with a follow up to top it up.Very good.

I recently arranged a viewing with Homemaker Properties, on the phone they were helpful & informative. They provided me with all the details I needed to provide as I am self-employed.I received email confirmation the same day & a text & call on the day of viewing to confirm that I would still be attending.On the viewing I was informed that they had taken on 3 other new properties matching my requirements & brought keys with them to show me the alternatives. I was provided with an application form which again was detailed with required documents.I have taken one of the 4 properties, I was able to move in by the end of the week & thoughout the process I was updated by the staff & the automated system they use.I have found the whole process with the Homemaker Property team 1000% stress free & the team are dedicated to helping their clients.

They always keep their intimacy in a great level and provide best solutions for your budget and the problems of the property when the help is needed. They also arrange the meetings well in order to view the properties and notify you with email/phone to not let you forget the date :D Trust me they will offer the best property for your needs when the time comes to decide

At the beginning I had 0 expectations, only because in the past I had very bad experiences with different agencies that did not take care of the tenants' needs. I can only say that this agency shows professionalism, always listening to people's needs and everything that bothers them. In a few weeks, they managed to fix everything that was needed, compared to the other agencies, which after a few years left behind only problems. I recommend it to everyone.❤️

The staff of Homemaker Properties are a set of talented, professional agents, offering some of the most affordable high quality homes in the housing market. Extremely helpful and respond quickly to any issues you may have as a tenant. Would highly reccomend, if you are looking to stay in the Coventry area.

I used Homemaker Properties once and then decided to use them again because they are so professional, I felt I could easily trust them with payments and securing deposits etc. Their website and administration is all straight forward and user-friendly. The staff are always at hand to help and maintenance issues were resolved relatively quickly. I definitely recommend.
