My son was referred here for a orthodontics . In my opinion they have completely mismanaged my sons care . Will now commence formal complaint process via ICB and will escalate further if needed.

My little boy went for his check up- the staff were very friendly and reassuring.

I can't recommend mydentist in Harwich enough, I was greeted kindly by Shelley on reception, she was very busy but still smiling & making patients feel at ease about their appointments. My treatment was with Dr.Beata & her nurse Paulina, the surgery is very calming & peaceful, Dr.Beata explained the treatment fully and even took pictures/x-rays during to show me what was going on! She also very kindly squeezed me in her very busy diary to ensure the treatment was completed before my honeymoon. Paulina was supportive and very professional during the treatment ensuring Dr.Beata had all she needed to complete the required work.My treatment was completed and I'm no longer in any discomfort & can enjoy my honeymoon in peace, thank you to all the team in mydentist Harwich.

I had to have a tooth removed, Sharon and Maisy were fantastic with me, I was a nervous wreck before I went in but I didn’t feel a thing. I would highly recommend them and receptionist staff are always helpful and very friendly

I managed to get booked in the same day as an NHS patient due to an abscess and then I gave them a few dates I am available for extraction, they booked me in and looked for afternoon appointments because I work late shifts. Great service from the receptionists (made a lot of updates for me there and then) and the dentist herself. Didn't realise I was still registered with them but they told me to keep check ups to keep it active because my registration had almost expired.

Great dentist! My granddaughter is so scared of the dentist i had to take her.she needed a filling and her mum couldn’t get her to sit in the chair. Sharon her dentist was so patient with her and managed to gain her trust and she had her filling cannot thank her and her colleague enough fantastic so good with her. I have gone back myself 2 weeks later and also needed treatment once again sharon and her colleague did a great job i feel sharon should be praised for her good work best dentist ive had in all my years.

Quite simply, amazing. Thoughtful, dedicated and hugely professional staff. Made my son feel so at ease and so calm when his braces were fitted. They go above and beyond to make themselves available, sometimes working through their break, and generally doing all they can to make sure customers are seen quickly and with fantastic levels of service.

Like many dentist, they won't take on NHS patients because there's not so much profit in it. They pretend it's to do with capacity but will happily take private money patient money like mine.
