Not impressed. Total lack of information. No email or SMS notification.After two years again same bad service. Waiting for APC next day delivery and got Zedify. No tracking, no time slot. Anyway collect it from their depot.Maybe they are good and friendly staff, but please upgrade your system and make it professional.

Brilliant and convenient service, friendly staff. I had to get things delivered in emergency. Sometimes - and staff were very supportive. For a seamless delivery of things across the city, this is a recommended service. Not to mention the environmentally friendly way of delivering things.

Have seen this companies bikes delivering round my City of Cambridge but was absolutely amazed when they delivered parcels to me on behalf of Fed-Ex. These 2 parcels weighed 24kgs each ( very heavy mobility scooter batteries) but still delivered on a bike amongst the couriers other parcels. But not only delivered to the door, the helpful guy made sure he put them safely in the hallway...and all with a smile! I am sure he was pleased to off load them! A fantastic service from this guy. If you need things delivered in Cambridge....give these a try.
